Okay,
I got a guy who says that has a 1993 EJ22T. This is the VIN # that he gave me. Can anyone confirm that this indeed from a 93 legacy turbo?
JF1BC673PG605090
He says that the shell is gone, and he got the VIN from the dash because his own son was going to use the motor for a swap. The son decided that it would take him too long to do the swap and abandoned the idea. So, he has this complete EJ22T with ECU + wiring harness + x-member + radiator and it's all MY 1993.
The problem is that when I first called him he said that he thought it was a 91 and when I called him a second time telling him that I need a 93 he went back and said he would double check. Upon checking he gave me this VIN #.
Verify this VIN?

Here's a little something our fearless leader posted for HUW the other day. It is out of the Chilton's guide and will tell you how to read it...The P says it is in fact a 93...
