Hi everyone, This is my 91 Subaru Legacy that is in the midst of a complete restoration, I have threads on NASIOC and other forums so you may have seen it already , I had been asked to join and post a build thread from a couple of people on other forums So here are a few pics of the car. Build thread will be posted when I am able to post in that section.
Here is a link also....hope that does not break the rules here. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr ... ?t=2126441
wow...I thought rust was standard on these cars. (maybe that was just an option here in Minnesota). White subies look terrific and yours is stunning. Nice work.
Very nice car. Wish mine was that clean. The picture with the flowers totally looks like a model car.

Holy shit. I just looked through your build thread on NASIOC....stunning attention to detail. Makes my car look 20 years old.
How much was that brand new rear trunk garnish?
Those are some pretty sub frames you got there. It's shame that you're restoring it so well only to modify it. It would be cool if someone restored one completely like you're doing but kept it 100% USDM stock.

I usually don't get into the modifying game but when I got the Legacy rsra engine I decided it Motorhad to go int the Legacy, It will look very stock in the engine bay but with all the japanese rsra parts fitted( intercooler etc) All the parts that come off the car will be sold so someone else can get a few very good pieces for their restoration. This car will look almost completely stock from the outside except for the roof vents, most of interior will be also except front seats and no electric windows abs ac etc which is more to spec of rsra. Please keep watching I think this will still be a restoration that everyone will appreciate:)
Oh I already appreciate I just don't think anyone has ever done a restoration on a 1st gen ss to make it look factory new.
Keep the pictures coming.

Awesome build project! I've added you to the build forum member list so you can post a new thread there or I can move this one if you prefer.
Thanks, I will start a build thread soon, Huge hours are going into the Legacy right now and I need a bit of time to do one I took a look at your car build, great job....maybe I will have some parts questions for you soon
While you have the fenders off replace those shoddy fender braces with some aftermarket ones.
