Question about those jdm power folding mirrors

Post by THAWA »

Were they a standard thing or were they only available to certain model lines like only turbo or only ls-i or whatever?

I have a '90 L and it has power mirrors. They fold, too, but you have to fold them manually. Is that what you mean?

No, he refers to the Japanese market mirrors. Their parking space is so tight that the mirrors fold in electronically (where we have to manually pull on them to get them to fold).

I dont think their worth the trouble. Only another thing to break, plus expensive to acquire.

Yeah... the relatively high risk of losing them in a hit-and-run while parked makes me wary.
