I have 0 compression in number 2 I pulled the head found that my piston isn't moving so my question is can i replace it without splitting the case beings the head is off these engines are crazy to me any help would be awesome just looking for the simplest way to do this

If the piston isn't moving then you've probably got a broken rod or a broken crank. It's gonna have to come out and get the case split to find out what's wrong. Then probably off to the machine shop to get it checked and cleaned and put back together.

The easiest and cheapest way to fix it is most likely to find another engine and drop it in.

That's what I the was thinking the car ran and no horrible noises its just weird

Yeah, that's a little odd that there are no bad noises. Maybe the whole rod is just sitting on the bottom of the oil pan. :P
