so my car (93 turbo wagon dohc heads walbro fuel pump) has been parked since about oct. with a full tank of gas and fuel stabilizer . been starting it up about once a month and letting come to operating temperature .
today i pull it into garage to pull motor to add some goodies ive acquired over the winter . when i pulled off the fuel lines the return line (one with hose clamp that doesn't run through filter) started pissing out fuel. not like the normal few dribbles but like 1.5 litres of gas .
im wondering if this is an issue with my pressure regulator, my fuel return, or just simply my tank is completely full so the line was full as well and drained out?
fuel line question

Re: fuel line question
If you didn't depressurize the fuel system before loosening the line, I would say that is normal.
Usually if I need to open up the fuel system I will let the car sit over night to let the pressure subside, or will pull the electrical connector under the seat to the fuel pump to let the fuel pressure decrease.
