what exactly needs to be done to complete this?
im buying the motor from QuickDrive and putting it in my 98 2.5rs impreza. it is a dohc motor and i think it have variable valve timing as well (not 100% sure) i supposedly can bolt in the shortblock with my heads and such, add a turbo kit w/some form of engine control and have a monster.
i also need to make it pass obd2 emissions, anyone know about that?
