-I have a Turbo XS Fuel Cut Defender I'm trying to hook up. I'm having issues trying to find what wire to splice into at the ECU. It looks to be B48, pins 3, 4, and 5, 4 being the more important one I believe. The problem I'm having is what wire? If the connector was plugged into the ECU, is it the line of pins on the firewall side, or the line of pins on the steering wheel side? If I'm guessing correctly , 3 is white, 4 is black and 5 is red.
-I've looked at other threads on this, and I just cant seem to find the answers I'm looking for. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
-Joe

Re: Turbo XS FCD Help
-I think I got it. I followed this here, 3rd post down http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic. ... &hilit=fcd but yet to try it as I don't have another hand to help adjust the FCD. If that third post is wrong, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Here's the colors according to the FSM
B48 pin 3 - White
B48 pin 4 - Black
B48 pin 5 - Red
The MAP sensor signal wire is pin 4. So you'd hook up the FCD to pin 4, the black wire.
Pin 3 is the power supply and pin 5 is the sensor ground for the MAP sensor.
So it looks like that post is correct.
