really weird sound coming from my engine

so like the title says weird sound but it just started today and it sounds like my turbo is starting to fail....

i really dont want to buy a new/ good used one but i also dont want to fry my car...

but heres a link to the video i took its kinda hard to hear it but just dont focus on the rattle thats my dash...

I would try to get a video from under the hood or somewhere else cause that noise in your dash is kinda obscuring the sound from the turbo. sounds like you may have a boost leak, Id check all your hoses and fittings and make sure everything is tight.
