Changed out PCV valve, idle now at 3K

Guys,

Changed out my PCV valve saturday and when I put everything back together my idle is now at 3k rpm's. If you let the car sit for about 30 seconds the idle will drop to normal but the second you touch the throttle it shoots back up to 3k and stays there.

I have an ej20g intake manifold so I had to take off the throttle body to swap the valve. While I had the TB off, i did the coolant bypass mod. I have checked and rechecked all vacuum lines, throttle cables and sensor connections. Everything is hooked up properly so I am stumped.

Well it's more than likely something with the throttle body. You'll have to dig into troubleshooting a little more. I'd definitely suggest starting with the components you moved, removed, or had to adjust when putting in the PCV valve.

Figured it out, i apparently knocked the TPS out of wack when i took off or reinstalled the TB, doh! Everything is back to normal now with a slight adjustment.
