Been a while since I have made a legit post on this forum but here is what I'am working on currently.
Keep in mind* this is not a daily driver and I'am partially doing it for experimental purposes well I finish the rest of the car.
Engine is being built from
-1993 t-leg short-block 180 000 KM
- Mid 1997 ej25D heads with matching intake manifold
-2004 Wrx turbo intake
-2.5xt TMIC
EJ25D Heads

So far everything is direct bolt on, but a lot has to be do for any of this to work. Remember I'am doing this as an experiment so yes I'm a test dummy.
Problems I ran into.
1. The tab on the LH side of the motor for the EGR bracket has to be cut off to clear the coolant temp sensor on the coolant manifold.
2. You can use the ej22T IACV because of its 90deg pump hose. However I opted to delete it all in all. I did this for the extra room for the charge pipe, PCV, and Wrx intake from the turbo.
3. The fuel lines must be relocated. I'am building my own high pressure system (more on this later)
In the end there are much cheaper/easier ways to go but I really did not feel like using the 90 on the turbo intake and i enjoy doing something a little unique.
