for the life of me i can't remeber if the heads between the 22t and 22e are relitivly the same.
other then the cam is there any other diffrences?

N/a heads have slightly bigger valves, but no turbo plumbing. I think they only have 1 pcv port on the valvecover. Might be able to swap covers though.

I too have heard the valves may be a little smaller on the turbo motors, but have not really seen any concrete evidence of that. The cams have different timing, as Mike pointed out, the passenger side head does have the fittings for the turbo, and the valve covers have the additional PCV port.
Other than that.....I don't know of any differences.
