I really want more power in my car. Racing would be more fun and so would DDing. If I found a 22T could I theoretically swap it into my car over a long weekend? Am I right in thinking that swapping the engine, subframe, and ecu is what is entailed in a Leggy L to SS swap? I thought about turboing my NA engine but I feel like it would be more involved and less reliable.

You will need the ecu, complete and I mean completeeeee engine including all the extra turbo sensors and airbox and then add wires for those sensors and I think switch a couple pins on the ecu connector. And crossmember. Don't forget the exhaust. I think that's most of it. Lot of work. Unless you're pretty good I wouldn't count on pulling it off on your weekend but its certainly possible provided you have the tools and know everything that needs to be done.

It is a lot of work but not real hard. Almost like it was made to fit. With some dedication, a pair of knowledgeable helping hands, and ALL of the needed parts, it could be done in a weekend.
I started mine on a Fri after work and had it done on Sun apart from a missing BPV (which took another week to arrive).

Its not hard to do at all, Plenty of searching and plenty of physical help if you're new to this can make it happen pretty quick.
