Gas gauge stopped working after Walbro install

Just installed a walbro GSS341 with the install kit. Put about half a tank into it and now the fuel gauge no longer works.

Does the gauge work at all or does it just only work some times and partially? Does it read "E" all the time?

It could be the fuel sender(s) in the tank or if it's completely dead, it could be the wiring around the connector under the passenger seat.

It stays under E almost all the time. Then comes back up just a little to the E mark and then drops again.

Same fuel sender that was in there before. Not sure why all the sudden

It's most likely the sender(s). You can pull the plug under the rear seat and check the resistance at pins 2 & 5 to see what the combined sender resistance is.
