Where did you, those with aftermarket decks, get your wiring harnesses from?
Or did you do the cut and find method?
I looked at my local Canadian Tire and they didn't have for 91 Legacys, they seemed to skip over 1991 altogether actually.

You're referring to the harness adapter that plugs into the car's stock wiring and has a bunch of bare wires at the other end?
It's the same for all BC/BF Legacies as well as all Justies. The Metra part number is 70-1780. I have bought them from Best Buy and from a couple of independent car audio dealers. I'd imagine any shop that does head unit installs would carry it.
If you can't find it locally, you can buy it from Parts Express:

No problem.
I should mention, though -- if you're not squeamish about cutting your stock wires, you can wire it in yourself with these pinouts:

I wired mine in and it was very easy. All you need is a meter for the power and it's a simple wire trace to the speakers. The constant power source I just ran to an unused circuit in the fuse box (ABS I think as I don't have it). My Kenwood deck fit in the stock mounting holes, too. I remember it didn't take long and I was amazed at how easy it went, but it was over 5 yrs ago.

Yeah, our cars' stereos are very close (if not completely conforming) to ISO-DIN, so fitment is easy. I mounted my aftermarket stereo in the bottom of the console space, which actually wasn't too hard either.
And you don't need the meter anymore, since I put that page up. :)

Well, in my time away from the board, I went and found a place that carried the Metra one.
Time to start Soldering it to the Kenwood harness
I've done installs before, 3 or 4 times on my old tercels.
I'm just dying for a cd player so I'm doing that right now before I go ahead with the 2 amps 4 speakers and subs install.
