OMG. . . that was such a change for Ruby. . .

. . . I particularly enjoyed the test drive later that evening.

She's tight in the corners, and firm over the bumps. Almost ready for autocross!

Thats actually my largest dent!

That's the result of my dad making me drive on a windy road in ice and snow 2 weeks after getting my learners permit.

the OTHER dent is on my driver's side fender. and THAT'S the result of bambi's mom jumping out in front of me on a highway, and me having ghetto tires that wouldnt stop me. Minor damage for a deer collision I'd say. If anyone has a 90-91 drivers side fender that color, I'm interested!

Feels very tight. stiff, but not uncomfortable.

Laurel, the dent's not that bad. I've got an extremely similar dent thanks to my father as well. He's not too good at backing out of driveways :( as he just hit my wife's '00 RS on Christmas morning. Dumbass!

The wagon looks good though, suspension wise

I dunno what to do about the front being so much higher than the back. It's frustrating, because I'd really like it to be level looking, and not all whacky

It's not. . . it's just an illusion created by the lines of the car.

99% of all your typical cars will look like that when lowered. . .unless you dump the front. But that just shifts more weight over the front wheels which is bad for handling. :(

Like Art said, it's an illusion. Did you take any pre & post measurements somewhere to see how much drop you got in the front & rear? or even side to side?

My springs dropped the front about 1.5" and the rear 1"

The rear's are not exactly perfect side to side. One has a few mm more height then the other.

Subaru's will always appear to have a huge gap in the front....it's just how the fenders' cut.

Putting any sort of low profile tire on makes it even worse. You can see the different stages of my suspension & tire/wheel combos and what it does for looks.

You should put the rubber/plastic parts back on the springs, they help get rid of noise.

Bumpstops, dust covers, tophats and spring liners all got put onto the new shock/spring assemblies.

So far, I don't think Laurel's having any strange noises. Then again, she's only been driving on this arrangement for about 1.5 days, now. :P

Ahhh. . . those weren't on the ones we took off.

Perhaps the shop that did the previous replacement left them off?

Ill be doing some rear struts on someones 97 legacy soon, I could save the parts intended for the rear if you would like.
