I bought a cheap harbor freight air horn setup. It was 10 or 15 bucks and I haven't had a horn in a couple years so it'll do for now and hopefully I can get some better horns for it later. I wired everything up the way I thought it should go and I'm getting nothing. I know the horns work and the compressor works because hooking them directly to power turns them on. Also, the stock horn when hooked up in the stock form works. So I'm wiring this relay wrong. I'm new to relays. I also don't know whether this is a positive ground or negative ground setup.
Try to make it simple, if you can lol. Thanks
Here's the wiring diagrams.

If someone could just tell me where to put my stock horn wire, 12V fused off the battery, ground, and compressor + and -. That would be very helpful. Once this is done my car is ready to drive again....straight to the store for new tires and alignment.

I should also mention, I lost the relay that came with the horn and I found a small relay (don't know how much power it can handle, yikes!) and it happens to have the same numbers on it as the one in the diagrams. Don't know if it's good or not but I have two of them and they look brand new.

Ok well I still don't understand the diagram. You gotta make it simpler than that lol. What is the thing on the far left?

I have an easer diagram on the relays that I use on all my driving lights and fogs.
30 constant power, 85 is the stock horn wire, 87 is power to whatever accessory you are powering, sometimes there two prongs labeled 87 and that fine, but if is a switching relay one of the 87 will be hot when the relay is off. 86 is the ground. 85 and 86 can be swapped as long one is + and one is - , those are the ones that activate the relay.

Take the wire from the stock horns and connect it to pin 85. Connect pin 86 to ground. Connect pin 30 to a fused 12v wire from the battery. Connect pin 87 to the positive connection on the air compressor, and then connect negative connection on the air compressor to ground.
Thanks guys. Just reading that I believe was soo much easier than trying to understand that diagram. It seemed like it was saying to hook up the stock horn wire AND a horn switch wire. I dunno. It sure didn't work though and I hooked it up 2 or 3 different ways haha. I'll get it sorted soon when I find time.

Now, looking at the horn diagram I posted it almost looks like they're leaving the stock horn in place and adding the compressor for the new horns to the existing circuit?

I see, well I don't care to keep my original horn. That's what had me so confused. Didn't know what the hell that thing on the left was. Makes much more sense now.

Wired it up just like you guys said and it works. Only problem is I didn't have a fuse so right now its unfused. Should I disconnect the power to be safe until its fused?
