So...I have an N/A 5MT from a 1.8 Impreza swapped in my 22T, and it's time to upgrade the clutch. With a TD04 at 16psi, I'm putting down a lot more than OEM for the tranny and OEM-spec clutches, and I'm tired of slipping it.
What model/make is known these days to be a good upgrade for this power level for the N/A transmission type? This should be the same as an N/A 1990-1994 Legacy I believe.

Re: Good upgrade clutches for N/A 5MT's?
I have been running a Exedy KSB04 clutch kit on my n/a, It fits 3.0 h6 cars and 2.5 cars. It bolts right up to my stock flywheel with no issues, I'm also running Kevlar disk that's why I run the heavier pp.

i'm running a heavy duty ACT clutch for a 2.5rs . its good up to 565 lbs of torque. clutch petal is still pretty soft compared to other crazy clutch's out there.
