It also breaks up when I step on the gas.
I don't know what could be causing this, it's not an intake leak, not any vacuum lines. But when I disconnect the iac hose from the intake it changed from the rough idle at around 400 rpm and barely being able to stay on to the normal idle of how it was before, but when I connect it again it starts idling rough.
I'm lost as to what it could be.

Have you checked the ECU for any stored or active codes? If you have not done that I'd recommend starting there.

I figured it out, it was the intercooler piping was pinched.

I love/hate stupid solutions like that. I love them because they are usually easy to fix, but hate them because they were a problem to begin with.
