So I've done it. Very easy to do. They are from an 02 wrx wagon. I'll post some pics once I find a host in a couple days
94 tleggy wagon, 22t with 2.5 dohc heads, pp6, tdo4, fmic, 3inch catless bpm turbo back, wrx brakes, MANY interior mods to list

Yeah thats something ove always wanted to do, too. Even have 02 wrx rears in the shed.

I did it to my wagon. I had to swap some of the mounting brackets, and cut the tabs that hold the lower side brackets in place as they were too wide and interfered with the plastic if I recall, I did it a little over a year ago so details are a little fuzzy at this point. I don't have pics of the process just the result. Well worth the time, and now I have matching seats front and rear!
