OK, so on my 94 legacy turbo I sometimes get this weird beeping sound coming from the what im guess is the flasher. it doesnt happen every time. Any suggestions?

Are you talking about the four way hazard flasher button just to the right of the center vents?
Any chance you could take a video of the noise?
