coilover spring rates

Post by pnw13black »

So im about to get some raceland coilovers but I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the spring rates. On the basic ones the front is 450 lbs and the rear is 280 lbs, the ultimo has 505 lbs for the front and 320 lbs for the rear. I dont want to break my spine but I do enjoy a sporty firm ride. Any help would be great!!

Get the Ultimos. I have had both, they're worth the little extra bit. Get the GC chassis one, those will bolt right up. I am currently on BC Coils and these are waaaay stiffer. The Ultimos are pretty stiff but are a pretty comfortable ride.
