ej22 misfiring

hello my legacy93 ej22 engine seems likes its always misfiring theres a check engine light thts coming on and off ,like flash flash,long pause then flash and sometimes it doest come at all,the error is code 49 i got that by plugin the green connector,do you think its the MAF thats no good??

HI,
Yes, the MAF is likely the issue. If you have the GREEN label JECS or AUTECS MAF they are readily avl. used as they were used on most Subaru models thru '98/'99....but since you're not USA, I can't say for sure.
