WCSS was fun this year, although we missed Kimo and CJ. The party was pretty low key Saturday night, but still much fun. The security presence was appreciated (even if their firearms were not) and the bad guys who couldn't keep their stink together were escorted off the grounds by police. I think its safe to say that a good time was had by all (except the security guards).
Definitely a win.

Wow, she died in a train accident and someone took a picture of it with a filter that makes the photo look like its from the late 1800s. Kind of weird.

Laura. The mysterious and wonderful Laura.

The "Laura Chant" of WCSS16 began when a group of people were patrolling the campground, looking for said Laura. With the them walking from campsite to campsite yelling out "LAURAAAA?!?". It didn't take long for others to join in, and soon enough the whole crowd had at least one inebriated person relaying the call for Laura. She was found the following morning, in another guy's tent, of which she didn't know.

During that evening, one of Laura's crew decided to take it upon themselves to walk into their neighbors camp, grab some uncooked potatoes, and proceed to stab them repeatedly with his pocket knife. A full grown man, was stealing potatoes to stab.

It still gets better though.

During the mud runs (of which those who attended probably saw my fat ass down directing cars into) Laura and co, decided it would be beneficial to stack picnic tables up, and get into the roof of one of the buildings on the grounds. When stopped and asked what the hell they were doing, a reply of "oh, we were getting this kids frisbee" was delivered. Soon after this, they picked a fight with some peaceful event-goers and were kicked out and blacklisted immediately.

I'm glad I got to work this event. What a great time haha.

EDIT:

It was also decided that Laura is somewhat a state of mind. A place where you go to when you want to do anything but right. When all you can do, is bad, it's a Laura.
