Cool pic and epic ode you wrote for it. I kinda had the same thing going with my 96 Legacy L, 6 years in my ownership and 180k miles added, but it met an unfortunate end when my ex rearended somebody on the way to a job interview. It's engine, suspension and parts of the interior live on in another car, however.

I bought a 95 Legacy LS late last year as a daily beater, but I haven't developed such a bond (yet).

This was taken... South of Enumclaw/Maple Valley area. I live in Auburn, work in Seattle.

But yeah, past Auburn there are some really nice rural roads.
