Silinc3r's 90 Miata Lil Update 1/30

So, picked up this little red car why I was in E-City, NC for a tech school. Passed a small local dealership that had a nice reconditioned Subaru Gl with high/low and a manual. Called the next day to see how much he wanted and he said 3. well that was a little more than I wanted to pay but it was worth it for sure. He also had this Miata there to so I asked how much for that one and he said 3 also. Ended up out the door 2,993. Pretty good deal for these cars. A little high on the mileage but no rust and no dents. Also has the hardtop and was resprayed. These cars get made fun of a lot but they are RWD/5spd/convert/can be boosted and have full aftermarket support.

Nice! One of my brothers has a mostly-track miata. With some stickier tires and suspension work they can be a lot of fun, even with stock power. Just be sure to tint the windows real dark if you plan to drive it on the street.

I see slammed miatas a lot lately and they look like a blast to drive. And probably cheap too if you stay out of the engine bay.

my step dad has a pre mx5 miata and its fun as shit to drive, even though it is purple haha. i see them slammed a lot too, which is cool if you dont camber the fuck out of your wheels like it seems the people do...

BIG UPDATE!!!!!!!
Haven't forgotten about this little guy and since the 91 was taken from me I have put more energy into it.

Got new gauges installed on the Miata from Adam @ revlimiter. Highly recommended if you have a Miata. It makes looking at the dash exciting and not boring.
Also added a newer radio with blue tooth and DVD. Some old VDO gauges to give it an old school vibe.

Added a rear trunk spoiler and rear lip. Other than that just a great DD.

I love them and highly recommend them. They are GE Nighthawks and worth every penny.
