Is it possible to put the front end of a 90's Legacy on a '93 Legacy?

Yes. You will want to either modify your current headlight buckets or swap the whole core support. If you follow thru with this project you have to swap hood, fenders, bumper beam, bumper headlights and corner lights and some minor wiring modifications.
