Apparently 90-91 fender trim pieces fit on a post
Forgive the blue fender, old one was rusted out and I couldn't find any winestone ones.

I was thinking of swapping to the post facelift for the parking light

You can move the clip posts on the pre facelift parking lights, but you can't on post so the fitment might be off. There is also a hole in the fender on the pre facelift that you can fit the parking housing in the fender though so you could most likely adapt the clip holes on the fender or just double side tape it on.
