Well, I have a 90 sedan, and new 2.5rs springs, struts, 94 top mounts and a 18mm rear bar. My trouble is that i need to convert to the non tapered set up and i'm not sure if i need anything more. As for the top mounts, i have the rubber piece with the 3 heavy bolts on it, no spring perch or anything else. 2 chunks of rubber. Am i missing anything? Thanks so much.
And yes, of course i did a search.

Damn Scott. . . Laurel and I just went through this with her suspension project.
Pretty darn sure you need the metal perches for the top, too. At least I remember Laurel having another set of them. (Could be she was just thinking ahead so we wouldn't have to worry about snagging her then current ones to get the new hardware for the rears assembled.
Pretty sure you're going to need different ones, though. Now I could just be a retard and not remember what the larger part of those top mounts were made of. . . . but I thought they were metal.
Pic inserted for reference purposes, only.

If I remember right the rear strut has a total of 11 parts. (from top to bottom)
A thin rubber between the body and strut (not necessary, for noise)
The strut top nut
The strut top / top hat / part with three studs
Bowl shaped spring perch
Rubber between spring and perch
Strut shaft boot
Bump stop
Spring
Plastic ring around spring at top and bottom (two)

is the spring perch the same in the front as it is in the back for the later model legacies? More importantly, can i take the front spring perch from an early model legacy and stick it in the back? i have the correct top mounts
