Need info on this tube...

...that is out of a 91 Legacy Turbo block. I have looked everywhere on the manual but can't find what is it for and what goes hooked up to it?

ok, there is a 180° rubber hose that connects that thing to the hard plastic tubing that lies under the intake manifold. The other ends of that plastic tubing connect to each of the valve covers. as far as its purpose, someone else can answer that

from the loaction it looks as if it connects to the pcv system, there should be a tube running directly over it that connects from on side of the engine to the other through the valve covers. You have to bend up the part you are looking at. Assuming I'm thinking it's the same thing.
