How do I replace the rear speakers?

Post by syphon »

This is probably a stupid question, but I'm wondering how I can replace the speakers on the rear deck of my '93 Legacy Sedan.

From inside the trunk, I can see the ends of some bolts, so it looks like they're bolted or screwed in from the top.

From the top however, I cant get the speaker cover off. I don't know how it removes... and I'm scared of breaking it off.

Grr, I even searched and couldnt find it.

Thanks though!

EDIT: Wait wait, do I have to pull out the entire rear deck or can I just pop the speaker covers off?
