Wing but no hoodscoop?

Same color as the one I bought for my mom!

Turbo wing, no turbo hood, no turbocharger. ;) looks good on the H&R Lowering Springs and WRX Wheel. No wheel rub either. The Pirelli w210's have snow grip for days without those pesky studs. Dry traction is great, wet traction is also very nice.

Almost the same color as the old rally Legacies. A little paint and some stickers and you'd have a great-looking cop magnet on your hands. Do the foglights get damaged down there? I'm thinking of moving mine below the bumper.

Majestic Blue, color code 039. I've found the fog lamps to be in a perfect spot. However, should i lower my car another inch or 2, then yeah, they'd be taken off by a curb or something. I had no problems through 4 inch snow with the lamps moving.

However, notice that I do not have the factory license plate bracket anymore. I've removed the bracket and associated bar that ran under that upper bumper lip. The fog lamps (Hella Comet 550's) are mounted using stock bumper holes and hardware. :!:

My car's the same color, but its a wagon, so won't make as good a rally rep. I had the 550s on my old '83 - those are nice lights. I think they're better than the round 500s I've got now.

do you use the corner lights as blinkers? Also what was different with the LS special?

Yes i do, but i wired 'em that way. As far as I know about the LS Special, it was completely blue (blue out, blue in), aluminum wheels, velour headliner... umm, to tell you the truth, i don't really know. But my insurance guy thought it was pretty cool. ;)

It wore a helmet to elementary school.

HA! No, i kid, i kid. The car, it is a great car... FOR ME TO POOP ON! HA! Oh man, i make myself laugh. I joke, i kid. Honestly, when i enter my vin# on any sort of insurance website, it says "SUBARU LEGACY LS AWD SPECIAL." I think it's like the LSi of the '90 models.

there is supposedly a special version that was made, but I dunno it doesn't sound all that special. I thought all the headliners were velour.

Looks like a lot of fun. Was that the Thunderbird rally? I had a friend who was participating in a black '02 WRX. He's originally from SF, but moved to Seattle recently. I was going to navi for him, but alas, it was Valentine's Day and I want to stay married

Yes indeed! I've been to t-bird for the past few years, and snow-fall wise, this has got to be the best year they've had in quite a while. Lots of fun. On some stages it was differenciate between the road and the berm. Luckily for us, no issues with that. :)
