Mini Cooper S at my dealership

Post by STi_GUY »

As some of you may know, I am a car salesman for an Online car broker. We just took on a 2004 Mini Cooper S with a lot of options. Supercharged, 6 speed, awesome. Ive even seriously considered getting one. Its just so damn quick and hadles amazingly. Check out our auction @ : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... gory=31861

A pure joy to drive.

Our website is at www.onlineautobrokers.com

the only thing that reallystays up to date is our ebay listings.

That car + the John Cooper Works kit = Hauling Ass.

I love those things. I wish I could afford one!

One thing I don't like are the center mounted speedo. I hate that in fact. Can't the car be had with a standard style gauge cluster?

Good luck selling the car!

Built in to the column mounted tach is a digital Speedo. I rarely even look at the center mount. That tach is more like a complete info center. An all in one cluster guage. It works and works well. I feel like the car is an extenion of my own body.

The UK ones don't all have the center speedo. If you buy a Cooper or Cooper S with sat nav it replaces the centre speedo and you get pod speedo/tach on the steering column.

Bah, always screwing you with the extras.

I don't like my passengers knowing how fast I am going.

That, and I don't want to get a hole in my floor from the passengers smashing the imaginary brake pedal.
