I've seen similar before, but never this. I'm really liking it but too bad the body has a few bad spots or else I would probably pick it up. anyways I was also thinking it may be a repaint because I don't recall sideskirts and lip being painted on these cars? let me know what you think or what the color is called if it is factory
yes thats a factory color, these cars had no sideskirts or bumper lips (cept for the rare 94 GT wagon which were black) but the rocker panels were always factory painted body color.

Taken in the context in this thread, a rocker panel is the part that a side skirt would attach to/cover. The little strip of body between the front and rear wheel.
