anger problem
i have anger issues. the other day when i got outta school, there was a bus blocking the exit. it sat there for 15 minutes and i got really pissed. i couldnt take it anymore so i drove up onto the side walk and around the bus. then there was the school cop standing at the exit. he gave me 4 tickets, one for driving on a side walk, one for going through a stop sign, one for passing a bus with its red lights on, and one for reckless driving, o well i dont care.

But the important thing here is that you learned a valuable lesson: alway's make sure the cop's are nowhere in sight when you pull a manuever like this.
I too suffer from school bus related anger issues... I feel your pain

They wonder why kids are so fat today, when I used to commute to work I'd get stuck behind a school bus sometimes and it would stop at every kids' driveway. The kids could talk to each other without yelling from their proximity but for some reason they weren't expected to congregate in a single central spot like when I was in school. Some parents would even drive the kid to the end of their driveway and wait with them for the bus! Yet I'd be the a-hole for passing the bastards. I understand with all the shitbag molesters they keep rereleasing (so they can keep room in the prisons for song file sharers - just wait) it can be worrying to have your kid out, but wouldn't they be safer in a central place in a group?
I've gone up over sidewalks and stuff many times to pass rediculously slow people, though they're usually old and driving like they're drunk.

I too, have problems with the parking lot gestapo at my school. I will not buy a parking permit based on the principal of the thing. When i was hit in my school parking lot by a girl who couldnt drive, and wanted a settlement to "have my bumper repainted," I was held in an office with 3 administrators and threatened. One of them said "If I ever see your car parked on campus, I will personally have it towed." What they failed to realize is that my uncle is president of the school board.
He'll be getting a call shortly.
I'm sorry you got stuck behind a bus, it licks balls, and i'd probably have done the same if the gestapo lady didnt stand at the exit of the parking lot, or if i had stock suspension.

I used to arrive in my hs parking lot and blare a rooster call over its PA system every morning until a small-johnson teacher complained and threatened to have me banned from the lot. Too bad he wasn't at the prom to hear me blast it into the hotel as we were leaving.

Haha, reminds me of Ron White.
"It was a bullshit ticket. Apparently they were pulling over everyone on that particular... sidewalk. That's profiling... and that's wrong."
I just remember the advice my old boss gave me when I first started driving.
"Sometimes you'll end up stuck behind the slow driving, blue haired old woman, and you just have to remember, Driving isn't always fun."
I let out all my aggression by mountain biking. I can go as fast and as reckless as I want, and no one can stop me... except trees.

Just got called to the office at school, I got a discipline referral for not having a parking pass, most of the cars in the parking lot dont, but i pissed the administrators off, so i'm fu...err, screwed. The administrator that talked to me told me that if i didnt have a parking permit by tomorrow, then he would have my car towed. I almost want them to do it, so they'll ruin my diff and i can sue them.

They still gotta get it on the flatbed.
I want a security system that monitors corner loads. If the load changes, all 4 calipers lock up.
Mercedes Benz used this system on their M-class I think. Makes it a bitch and a half to tow.

The few times I've had Subarus towed they've sent flatbeds by default. They probably just assume they're all AWD.
I think if the school tows you off their property that they're not liable for damage through towing - i think you assume responsibilty. That could vary state to state, btu I don't know.

True that. No real enforcement on a bike (no one can run that fast, cars can't drive in between houses & trees, you can lose biker cops with a good stair drop). And for some reason people get pissed when they don't hear you and you pass them at 30 mph+BAC5.2 wrote:I let out all my aggression by mountain biking. Better cops have tried. I've had security called on me and my buddies before. It's no big deal. And when you are on an 8" travel Downhill bike, there's nothing that can really get in your way. Gapping stair sets really gets them though. They go around, we go over. Not like we are hurting anything.Brat4by4 wrote:True that.
