Well i had the problem when i turboed my justy. The MAP sensor was cutting fuel at 7 PSI, as it was giving more than 5 Volts.
So....Off to the electronics store, and picked up at 4.7V zener diode. Soldered it between the ECU Signal line, and the Ground.
Cost me $0.15 total.

Yep, that can work... Sometimes you'll need to try a few different diodes to get one that actually works as desired since the current drawn is much lower than the standard Zener test voltage. On our cars you'd want it to cut off around 4.3 volts.
