I myself, being a car dealer, know that over a matter of a few hundred dollars the customer will win. At the same time, you must realize that he WILL NOT sell it if he cant break even or better on it. It just wont happen. Some people think that if a car sits long enough, they can get it for less than even wholesale. Those people are sadly mistaken. He will draw the line, but you have to recognize when NOT to cross it. Just try to read him for clues about how much lower he can go(if at all).

He spends all of his money on Jean Shorts, he just admitted it.
When I hear "Jean Shorts" I immediately think of Daisy Duke from the Dukes of Hazard.
