Removing the tail lights?
I tried to remove the housing today, but to no avail.
It seems that after removing all 4 bolts, I had no way of getting the actual housing off of the car.
Anyone who has removed their housing have any insight? It would be appreciated.
Thanks
Phil

Thank you gents, I'll be de-orangifying my car tomorrow. Gotta add amber bulbs to my list of necessities from Pep-boys.

haha, just had the same issue picking up spare parts at a junkyard, after removing the 4 nuts i was wrenching on the taillight for a decent amount of time before being able to pry it loose, doesn't help either when the car is stacked on top of 2 other cars

Laurel - That's rice! You reduce performance for your own sense of style!
Phil - It's hard to find nice bright amber bulbs unfortunately, but if you need them, 1295NA would probably be the best you could do at Pep Boys.

I might get a set of Silverstar amber turn signals. I know you don't think highly of the silverstar head lights, but Roman has the turn signals in the SHO (stock, the turn signals are clear and with Amber bulbs from the factory), and they are pretty damn bright.

SilverStar signal bulbs actually have nothing to do with SilverStar headlight bulbs.
The signal bulbs aren't actually brighter than non-SilverStar signal bulbs, but they do have the advantage of being clear (actually bluish) when off but properly amber when on.
Philips Silver Vision bulbs actually look silver when off and amber when on, which I think looks really great, since when they're off they blend in with the reflector.

Unless I'm misinterpreting what I see in that picture, your taillights have a black tint on them, reducing their intensity. And your turn signals are red rather than amber, increasing their mistakability and decreasing their saliency.
There's more to vehicle performance than torque curves.

Laurel it's rice. That's okay though. It's like my car's rice, it looks good. It's like spanish rice or this rice my mom makes with butter and sugar, so much better than plain old rice.
