Spur of the moment purchase, its noticably narrower then a wrx intercooler, and its LONG. If any of you want exact dimensions I can get em to ya. Hopfull this should be good with a TD05 and larger scoop, maybe water injection as well

Is that the MRT upgrade for the v2 intercoolers?
Looks pretty nice! How much did you pay for it?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. The only part you'd need to accomodate for is the bov, which gets in the way of the throttle linkage.
But the piping WILL hook right up to that TD05!

I think the BOV would be the only problem.

If the BOV doesn't fit and I fab up a custom bracket, would I just use the stock recirc-valve? And have a nipple on the bracket that plumbs back into the recirc valve?

Sweet! I've been wondering if the Forester XT/ Baja Turbo TMIC would work good for us. I guess we'll see now won't we.

Mark,
That would probably do the trick.

Aside from heat-soak, I can't see any problem with running that IC.

no it was ebay, $140. I don't mind the heat soak issue, I'm prolly gonna run water/alcohol injection with the intercooler.

What a steal! For that I'd almost consider not going AWIC. I'll bet for a top mount it'll work really well. People still make some good power with smaller top mounts, so I'm sure with this bigger one 'll be nice.
