Tonight, I'm enjoying a few Widmer Brothers Hefeweizens. Unfiltered wheat at it's best. ;)

If I had some wine, i'd send it to you Laurel. Ya know, I get plenty of Italian though, I'm married to an Italian women!

 Not coming out, but then I couldn't drink that much! We both really thought it would be good - hot peppers are so great with almost anything. They're so good, I've upgraded them to 'meat' status. Though because of their incompatability with beer, they don't achieve the most exalted level of 'bacon'.

I've had Chili beer, Sigidas Green Chili Beer from Coopersmiths in Ft. Collins for you CO'ers. If you ever want good some good beer while in Ft. Fun check out all the breweries there. In one day we went from Budwiser (meh) to Coopersmiths to Odells and finaly to New Belgium(THE $HIT :D ). Anyway back to the chili beer: It was tasty at first, but a bit much after a while. But you simply don't let 4.00 pints go to waste. And I will confirm the coming out part......and I think I’ll leave it at that.

Had to resurrect this post. Currently consuming a locally produced cider. Everyone else is consuming something of some kind.

Okay, back to the adult apple juice! :D

How about for mead? Ten gallons going now, 20 more expected soon.

BAhh humbug!
I like the new Netscape (not the older ones), and I'm sticking by it. When I remembered where it was that I said that, I was flattered though that someone actually looked. It just would have taken twice as long to write the CSS tags that both Netscape and IE read, and I usually just go by the w3c.org reference manual. Yeah, I'm lazy!
