Chassis reinforcement?

Post by boostjunkie »

Hi guys, like many of you my 12yr old chassis is starting to show it's age. No real creaking, per se, but I just know the body's flexing more than it used to new. That being said, I was looking into some body reinforcement mods . . . a cage, although really nice, is just a little too much for a daily driver.

What I've been thinking is:
Front and Rear STBs: Might have a problem getting a front one to fit around the intercooler, but at least I have a rear one in the works.
Front Lower Tie bar: I'm assuming this will aid in Structural strength in the front half of the chassis, but . . .

Is there something similar for the rear?
