I really need to focus more on finishing my master's thesis, so I have to cut back on the time I spend thinking about cars. I'm also going to cut back on the time I spend on Legacy Central, unfortunately. I'll still probably sign on every few days, browse through the list of new threads, and occasionally toss my two cents into a conversation, but it won't be something you can predict. :)

If anyone wants to get in touch with me to ask a question or point me to something on the BBS that I should pay attention to, drop me an email; my address is at the bottom of my web page.

I can't wait to finish this work and get back to thinking about cars all the time.

It's good that you are going to get that thing done! You gotta get back down to the DC area so we can all have a BBQ.

Steve - That almost counts as yelling. Thanks. :)

subyluvr2212 - Yeah, you're an inspiration. :)

My thesis was "due" about a year ago. Kind of. My situation was weird from the get-go, since I started the masters program while I was still a senior, so my first semester was spent taking classes. Then, my second semester was spent teaching three courses, one of which was being designed as we went and another of which we completely overhauled. But I've also had plenty of other difficulties academically, which aren't worth going into here... Sigh.

I'm not worried about my post count; the part of this I dislike is that I'm not going to know all the stuff going on with the people and cars of Legacy Central, which I'm used to knowing. But the change has to happen.

boostjunkie - Well, I'm not disappearing, like ciper felt he had to do; I'm just going to try to cut back.

And I definitely have plans for the white legacy. I'm gonna make all you guys help me fix it.

Good luck with the thesis Vikash. If there's anything any of us can do to lend a hand, be sure to let us know!

Yeah...

In these couple days I've managed to keep myself from posting every time that I feel like opening my mouth (so to speak); I just post when I think it'd be a very useful post or when I really want to. But I still need to break the habit of reading every post.

Vikash, you have been one of the most helpful people here, we can't thank you enough for all that you've done. Take a break from us for a while and finish up your thesis, when you come back i'm sure you'll have new ideas and ways to help us all. Good luck to you and hurry back, it won't be the same without you here all the time.
