I wasn't talking about anyone in particular, just people who have no patience with those less knowledgable, like me.

We are all brothers and sisters of the wrench, students of the screw and.... ok I'll shut up.

:) hehhe, that's the spirit.

But looking back over that I think it rolls better to say that we're sons of the screw and brothers of the bolt. :)

If there's one thing the internet has done it's made me immune to jsut about anything that is supposedly disgusting. At least anything digital. If i were to see a guy's head run over by a truck in real life i might not enjoy it as much.

You've seen that kind of stuff on the internet? Probably on gross.com or whatever it is.

There is SO much stuff on the internet that most people would not like to see. That example is low on the pole, if you can imagine it, it's been done.

I've seen recently dead people in real life. It's gross, but not overly disturbing. I certaintly didn't want to throw up, but I did feel bad.

I also love how we always manage to hijack threads here.

To me, real life dead bodies fascinates me while ones in movies gross me out more. It seems it only looks real in the movies (I think I stole that line from something). I want to see three things in real life: decapitated body and bodies cut in half both horizontally and vertically. I want to see what it really looks like. A gibbetted body would be awesome, but they don't do that anymore. Oh well, I guess the mummies I've seen aren't much different.

The one thing that really did gross me out was the video of the American being decapitated. That was far more disgusting than the dead body I found a few years ago.

Ya, I saw that video too and it made me so angry that it seriously took hours for me to stop sweating. It effected me in a way I didn't expect. It awakened a primal rage in me that I could barely control, seriously. I don't want to go into a big rant about it and turn this into a political shit fest but anyone that can do that shit and try to say it was for their god should slowly be turned inside out, starting at their ass, by Nick Bergs friends and family. Motherfuckers...

Go to Egypt like I did - no tour guides or established transportation. I came back with a bit of an attitude problem I could write pages about.

It must suck for real Muslims, like this guy I worked with who was crying when we watched the plane hit the second tower. They're not real Muslims, just the same type of power-hungry manipulators and fanatics like the Catholics that murdered millions. I just wish there weren't so many of them. I can maybe understand them being angry, but to behead some dude who wasn't even a soldier?

Why is it the shittiest parts of the world are the one's most fought over? Nobody's killing anyone to take Fiji? That's what I'd go after and everyone can keep their dirt and oil I'll be relaxing with a bunch of honeys in a thatched hut on the beach.

That's the life Steve. Live in an island paradise with honeys and beer and the beach (even though I hate the sand).

I've actually considered doing something like that after college. Work my ass off and save some money, then go to Fiji or something (ship my car of course) and live like a king.

A guy came in my store one time, he was from Africa. We started talking and he said that for $100,000 you would live like a goddamn Prince in Africa.

I doubt I'll ever do it though, I like living Malaryia free.

Well, I hope I didn't come accross as hating Muslims because I don't. I just hate these extremist who commit horrible crimes and say it's their gods will. Same goes for any radicle religious fanatics that try to hide their evil behind their god.

I know, how chicken shit is that! Five guys with AK47's, RPG's and pistols in hand making some speech about how rightchous they are over a single, small, unarmed man. He's bound and then 4 hold him while one cuts off his head? Ya, real tough guys. Damn animals.

What did you decide to do about a car Dave? Going to go with a newer BD or something?

Heh, ya, sorry for the rant. Yet another great thing about the BBS! A platform for my crazed rhetoric.

Hmmm, maybe a T-shirt would make me feel better. ;)

This is THE best, most informative place on the internet for our cars. Not to mention the fact that the majority of us actually know something about cars, especially Subarus.

The nice thing is that they take care of everything and it doesn't cost me to have products available. The White shirt got a lot of comments at the Legacy RnD, and it was easy for me to show people what i was representing by just pointing at the logo. The XXL also shrunk a little, down to normal XXL size, so it's perfect.
