Upper Radiator connection broke
Well, part of my upper radiator connector thing broke off
. Is there a fix for this or time for a new radiator?

you can try some jb-weld but hoenstly its time for a new one. Also you will want to find out why it broke in the first place. You notice anything peculiar when it happened? Or was the radiator just in bad condition?

Well, it was leaking there for a while, might of happened when ammco messed with it. Most likely its old and its time for a new one.

It just happened on my 92 turbo and I did replace the whole new radiator for less then $350 Canadian.
I did try the cold bonding but it seems not working well, so I decided to replace the whole thing.
Since the car has so many year and miles on it, its worth to replace the new radiator if you want your car run longer time.
Also check with the injector (the one that near the air box) I did have a bad problem of coolent got into the connector of the injector and it made my car run sick, after clean and blow out all the coolent it runs fine now.
Hope it could help.

coolant tank upper and lower 1/2" nipples are busted in my Legacy... someone had already fixed the upper one with some Quicksteel, and I repaired the lower one with JB weld and a new fitting but I want a new tank... the JB weld holds but dont know for how long...

I used some marine type JB weld stuff for a crack in my endtank. That worked great until more cracks started to develop and I decided to get a new radiator.
Depending on how good you are with JB weld and how bad the connector is "broken off", you could try to fix it, but I would only use this as a temporary fix until I could afford a new radiator.
