legacy downpipe

I just installed a Megan Racing downpipe that I got from eBay. Their write up says it is for a WRX, but is 2-3" too short. Minimum bid is quite nice also. I thought I would gamble because I figured I would have to modify anyway. I had to work the mounting bracket to the trans so 1) the flange would mate up with the turbo and 2) it could be used to stabilize the pipe. Much to my surprise all I had to do was pull the "cat back" forward about an inch and it bolted right up! It is notably better!! I already have a Magnaflow axle back, so it sounds great also.
