crank pulley bolt problems

I started to change my timing belt and front seals but I cant get the damn crank pulley bolt off. tried propping a breaker bar on the cam pulley against the alternator, timing belt jumped a notch.
was looking for the acces hole on the tranny(AT) to wedge the torque converter, but couldnt find it. there are some freeze plug-looking caps on the tranny behind the axles, but as I understand it the torque converter is at the front of the tranny in the bellhousing.
so where is the access hole, like what side and how high?

josh has a picture somewhere, but its right under the iac valve, next to the throttle body, and all that :)

wow, those pics helped immensely, thanks bro. just got the bolt off(had to use a 4 ft long pipe on the breaker bar) and a piece of threads 2 threads long and about 90 deg. wide came out. kinda scary...

I just pulled the power from the igniter, rested a breaker bar against the chasis and gave the starter a quick 'bump'. Worked a treat.

Long time ago when I changed my timing belt, I used a chain wrap then a breaker bar to open mine. It damaged my pulley a little, with small teeth sinking onto the pulley. I used file to smooth them back but had I known this 'crank the engine' method, my pulley would still be all smooth today. Anyway, it never gives me any problem so I'm fine with it. Next time if I ever need to change the timing belt or other thing, I would definitely use the 'crank the engine' method.
