Heads and rework

I've found a lot of information and threads about head swaps and reworking the EJ22T heads but noone seemed to really have a followup. I have access to a couple diff heads for cheap and would like to know some opinions on what to do. 1. I know where there is a wrecked 2003 wrx with 10k on it and could get the heads and intake manifold for cheap. 2. I could pick up a set of 2.5RS phase I or II heads from the same friend. 3. I could have my EJ22T heads reworked, now people have talked about it but I havent been able to find where someone has reworked the heads and talked about the result or the price.
