ELECTRICAL EXPERTS PLEASE READ!!!!
I have a 1992 Legacy GT. I recently installed a turbo timer, made by Apexi and i had to hardwire the ignition part of it. After installing the timer, my turn signals do not work. My hazards don't work either. I just finished checking, and rechecking the connections, thinking that maybe i forgot to reconnect a harness. At any rate, the turn signals do not work, they get power, but they do not work. Please, any advice would be overwhelmingly appreciated.

92 Legacy GT? Are you talking about a non-North American model?
Is it possible that during the installation process you might have damaged or disconnected the turn/hazard control box? On left-hand-drive models it's behind the dash between the center console and the glove box.

If you do not connect the hazard switch, the turn signals do not work either.

It is the sport sedan, i just call it a GT for short. I think it is the hazard switch, because i spent 4 hours today checking and rechecking every single connection but i forgot to check the hazard switch. I'll try it tomorrow morning and let you guys know. Thank you so much for your help.
