There's a reason that still has 0 bids with 3 and a half hours left. Stripped of all those other parts and not being willing to ship it makes that engine not worth $400 unless there is a very motivated buyer. It took me 4 months to sell my shortblock for $400 and I was willing to ship it anywhere in the US...
