Just installed an ACT clutch and found out the slave cylinder can't withstand the new pressure plate.
Are there any upgraded slave cylinder to buy other then the Stock one?
Hows the STi one will work on our Legacy turbo tranny or not?
Ask long as the WRX and the Turbo Legacy are using the same slave cylinder( but with different born size) which is the best cylinder or the Legacy turbo, are the WRX slave cylinder gives better padel feeling or the stock one???
Are there are anyone install the STi or WRX slave cylinder and please let me know how it compare to the Stock one!!!
Thanks for help......
Ben

Which Slave cylinder to buy?

What do you mean it won't withstand the new pressure plate?
Is the slave cylinder leaking? If it's not and the internal seals are good, it should work just fine. Fluid is non-compressible, so a stiffer pressure plate should just increase the pressure you have exert at the clutch.
oh....and the wrx I believe has a smaller bore slave cylinder which will increase travel and effort. I think Vikash has done a little more homework in this dept. then myself.

What master cylinder are you using? If you're using the stock Legacy Turbo master cylinder, I think you should stick with the stock Legacy Turbo slave cylinder. As Josh said, unless the slave cylinder is unhealthy, there isn't really any concern about it being unable to handle the stronger pressure plate.
The WRX slave cylinder is actually of a larger bore -- 13/16" as opposed to the stock Legacy Turbo's 3/4". The stock WRX master cylinder is 11/16" as opposed to the stock Legacy Turbo's 5/8", though, so the overall ratio is similar.
I'm using the WRX slave cylinder in my car, so in principle I have reduced effort and also reduced slave piston travel, but I haven't noticed any problems. If I understood then what I do now, though, I would have stuck with the stock Legacy Turbo slave cylinder.

Thanks both of you guys input, the tranny guy just order me a stock Legacy turbo slave cylinder and now the car goes fine.
The problem of the slave cylinder was, the internal seal goes really bad when the guy finish the installation of the clutch he step on the clutch and the pin form the slave cylinder just fly out so he told me it should be the bad slave cylinder and I have to order a new one to replace it.

Vikash,
How sure are you about the size of the WRX clutch MC & slave cylinders?

I think I just read the slave cylinder bore off the cylinder casting itself -- I can double-check it next time I'm at my car -- but I don't remember where I got the master cylinder bore. So I can't confidently quote my sources. But I'm pretty sure.

Thanks.
I'm trying to get numbers so I can try and help that guy who emailed me about the hand operated clutch handle.
