
It's a very good thing I'm starting back at the gym this week. I need to keep some of this momentum and start replacing the remaining fat with muscle.

Got OCD? Sounds like me and my spree addiction.I'm still drinking tea. I'm on my 6th gallon in the past 8 days. That's a lot of sugar, so I need to start backing off of it. I'm gonna try to start drinking 2 gallons of water to 1 gallon of tea.
Get your ass in the gym now! If you don't have access, work out around the house. I have been going to the gym fairly steadily for about 3 years now with the occasional gaps, and it has definitely enhanced my self esteem (not that I had any prior problems with it) as well as enhancing my metabolism, appearance, and energy. I rarely get sick, and if I do, its not that bad and its gone in no time.
